Curiosity-led, transformative leader with a track record of collaborative and compassionate change. Extensive experience advocating for social justice and equity through relational, research-backed analysis, and data-driven practices. My work across industries exemplifies my evolving professional focus from the ICU to early education: from body work to soul work. I am a third culture global citizen, former boarding school student, and passionate artist along with what my colleagues describe as a “fierce advocate with a real vision for making a shift in how kids experience crucial formative years.

  • Report directly to Head of School and serve as primary liaison to Board's Diversity Committee, driving school-wide accountability toward stated DEI goals through strategic storytelling and data-driven narratives

  • Develop and implement comprehensive policies, procedures, and programs to sustain diverse, equitable, inclusive, just, and anti-racist school community centered on student experience and belonging

  • Manage and collaborate with DEIJA Communications & Programming Coordinator and serve as community-wide point of contact for all DEIJA-related issues, inquiries, and concerns, utilizing narrative approaches to elevate student voices
